We have great experience in the creation of trailers – to customer specifications – for the hospital sector, clinics and various types of healthcare needs. They are pharmacy trailers, transport of linen, hospital waste and for other uses, designed and built by Baldi specialists. The trailers are made in Italy in our factory and are supplied – on request – complete with new, used and operational rental electric tractors.

All technical trailers for hospitals and clinics are built with top quality materials to ensure long life. The front axle is steerable and free from the frame to easily absorb irregularities in the ground and always have perfect contact with the ground of the four wheels. The tires adopted differ in relation to the loads to be transported and the tread design is coordinated with the routes that the trailers will have to face. The 250 mm superelastic tires they equip trailers with a full load weight of up to 600 kg. 380 mm. wheels instead they equip trailers that can transport loads equal to and greater than one ton.
The drawbar of each trailer – an organ of fundamental importance in operational use – is the subject of very in-depth studies regarding safety of use:
- the drawbar – when the trailer is detached from the tractor – is in an elevated position. A contrast spring prevents it from accidentally coming into contact with the operator or falling to the ground;
- in the vertical position, the tiller activates the safety brakes and the trailer cannot move
Attention to detail, such as the anti-slip rear hook, is an element that characterizes the qualities of Baldi trailers: customers appreciate the impossibility of losing the hook and that it can be removed by malicious people.
